Shipping:

We can ship just about anything.  We usually ship within 1 - 3 business days of when you place your order.  Some heavy or oversized items may require a longer processing time and additional charges.  Our standard shipping method is by Priority Mail (US postal service), UPS ground services, or FedEx ground services.  Shipping times may range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on destination.

Expedited shipping methods (FedEx or UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air) are available. We will email you with shipping costs once we receive your order. For Alaska or Hawaii destinations, 3 Day Select and 2 Day Air services are not available and orders may be shipped by US Express Mail.
 
Because P.O. Boxes do not accept larger items, and because UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, shipping of more than two items must be to a physical address.

In-Store Return policy:

All returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt.  Merchandise must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.  We will credit you in the form of your original payment.

Check refunds may be delayed for up to 10 days.  Return check fee:  $50.00.  

Sale items are nonreturnable.
