at the bottom of the page. Please include a description of the error
message, the page you were viewing, the item you were attempting to
purchase, and any other relevant details. Please do not call the retail
store number as they will be unable to assist you with website issues.
Online Return Policy
Returns with original receipt:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original transaction.
Returns without a receipt:
Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted. Store credit will be issued at the current selling price for merchandise returned in its original condition.
Shipping&Handling fees are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective.
In-Store Return policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt.
Merchandise must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
We will credit you in the form of your original payment.
Check refunds may be delayed for up to 10 days. Return check fee: $50.00.
Sale items are nonreturnable.
Shipping:
Depending on the product(s) you purchase on www.thecameleer.com and the
location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping
methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
We
usually ship within 1 - 3 business days of when you place your order.
Our standard shipping method is by Priority Mail (US postal service),
UPS ground services, or FedEx ground services. We ship only within the
United States and Canada. Shipping times may range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on destination.
Because
P.O. Boxes do not accept larger items, and because UPS and FedEx cannot
deliver to P.O. Boxes, shipping of items must be to a physical
address. When an order is
placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by you as long as
that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions
contained on this website.
Generally,
you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method to expedited
delivery (such as FedEx or UPS 3 Day Select Service). If
you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received
and clear credit authorization by 12:00 pm (noon) EST or your order may
not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Certain oversized or oddly shaped products cost more to ship. Therefore, a delivery surcharge will be billed in addition to the standard shipping charge. The actual amount of the surcharge will be noted alongside the product description. These
oversized products will not be available to be shipped via an expedited
service, and will be so noted on the individual product detail pages.
Item Availability:
Most items are in stock and ready to begin shipping as soon as your
online purchase is completed. Products are shipped once they are
located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is
verified.
The Cameleer offers merchandise from around the world that is unique and distinctive. As a result, quantities of some items may be limited and stock cannot always be guaranteed. When an item is out of stock and cannot be replenished we will attempt to remove the item from the website in a timely manner. Some products offered for sale on this website may not be offered for sale at our brick-and-mortar location. While
products offered for sale at our store and at this website are
generally offered at the same price, there may be price differences from
time to time due to promotional events and special offers, and for
other reasons.
Products offered for sale on this website are for sale only in the United States and all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We may occasionally make errors in the stated prices on our website. If
a product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will, in
our discretion, either confirm the correct price with you or cancel your
order and notify you of such cancellation.
Product Descriptions:

products, including their colors, as accurately as possible; however,
the appearance of those colors may vary as a result of the quality of
