Closed on Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
The Last Nickel occupies a 1920s Arts&Crafts style home that
was used as a residence until the 1980s. A restaurant then occupied
the space until 2007. After major interior renovation and extensive
landscaping, The Last Nickel opened in December 2007.
The Last Nickel is a gift shop with a selection of home decor, jewelry,
clothing, and kitchen items; catering to those in need of a greeting
card, a gift, or just something for fun.
We are a member of the Madison Chamber of Commerce and are
dedicated to the goal of a vibrant, thriving downtown.
